We have a 30 day returns policy if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them to us for a replacement or full refund. The item must not have been used and should be sent back in the original packaging. Please send the item back to us at the address below using a tracked and signed for delivery service. Please enclose your original order number along with your name and address so that we can track your item and refund. On receipt of your item we will then authorise your refund to your original means of payment within 6 working days.

If your item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange the collection of your item at our expense. If you can forward pictures of the fault or damage to admin@justbikestuff.co.uk.
